In order to access the ESAL system you must have a valid email address and have at one point been licensed with the New York State Racing and Wagering Board (Gaming Commission). Information gathered from your license application will be used to confirm your identity during the registration process. If you are a veterinarian not licensed by the New York State Gaming Commission then you must use the trainer's login (email and password).
